Who We Are
We are a social enterprise specialising in the provision of NHS primary and urgent care services. Established in 2007, we take pride in our commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services to more than 4.5 million patients spanning the East and the South West of England.
In addition to our primary mission, we extend our expertise to provide business support services to other healthcare partners. Our impact goes beyond healthcare, as we play a vital role in bolstering the local economies of the East and South West. With a dedicated team of nearly 1,400 employees and collaboration with approximately 450 GPs and other clinical professionals, we ensure the seamless provision of our services and contribute to the overall well-being of our communities.

What We Do
We are proud to provide a range of NHS services, including NHS 111, out-of-hours services, minor injuries units, urgent treatment centres and dental out-of-hours services. We also provide a variety of primary care services, including GP surgeries, an acute in-hours visiting service that supports GP practices, and an early intervention vehicle that helps treat older people who have fallen in their own homes.
