We are a high-quality Out of Hours service provider
We operate our Out of Hours service from 6:30pm to 8am on weekdays, and continuously from 6.30pm on a Friday evening to 8am on a Monday morning, including Bank Holidays.
Each of our treatment centres is staffed with a receptionist, a driver and a number of clinicians. Where possible, the clinicians providing our out-of-hours care live and work locally, giving them an understanding of the needs of their communities.
If you are too unwell to travel, bed-bound, disabled, receiving palliative care or it is considered clinically necessary – you may be offered a home visit. Home visits are carried out by one of our Clinicians who will be driven to your home by one of our Drivers.
