We are proud of our status of a social enterprise, which we have been since our inception in 2007. As you may know this means that that any profits we make are reinvested into our services to increase our support for our communities and colleagues further rather than simply benefiting individuals. To this effect, a social enterprise needs to have members rather than shareholders as traditional limited companies have, which is required by our constitution. We also need to maintain a single membership register.
