Located on the Addenbrookes site, The UTC is located next to the out patients Department.
Car Park 1 is available for Patients, at a cost of £3.50 per visit, they must get their ticket validated on arrival with the receptionist. Disabled parking is available outside the UTC at Clinic 9.
Entrance through the Automatic doors, Intercom buzzer is located on the right hand side of the door.
Patients should have a pre-booked appointment to attend a Dental Access Centre, as they are not walk in centres.
Barnstaple Health Centre is a Sunday only clinic. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. On arrival press the buzzer at the main entrance.
The base is located at the Children and Teenager Out patients department (Cygnet Wing entrance) on the Ground Floor.
Bridgewater House Surgery supports our Out of Hours treatment centre which has recently moved from Watford General Hospital. The new treatment centre has modern facilities in a new large purpose-built GP surgery, providing better access, natural light and well-equipped consultation rooms. It is fully accessible with CCTV on site and free parking is available at the rear of the surgery, including disabled parking and access will be initially gained through the main entrance at the front of the building.
Please park in the pay and display and enter via the main entrance off the car park. Please report to the Reception on your left.
Located at the Doddington Hospital, Free parking is available; Entrance through the Minor Injuries & illness Unit.

This is a Sunday only clinic.
Drive into the hospital and take a left at the barriers. Follow the road round to the right and park. Orthodontic department entrance 3 is on your right, up the stairs.

Please arrive 15 mins prior to the appointment. Entrance is the door to the left of the main hospital entrance. Press the intercom to talk to the receptionist who will allow you to gain access and give you directions to the 3rd floor.
Free parking is available from 6pm onwards in front of the building. Out of Hours is accessed via the side door that is very well signposted, and there is a video entry phone to use for access.
Access the Hospital site via Entrance C off Hillfield Road and follow signs for the Urgent Care Centre (UCC). Limited parking is available outside the entrance to the UCC which is pay and display at the advertised rates – with longer stay parking in Car Park 1, a pay-and-display car park. Enter UCC via automatic doors and report to Reception.
Located off North Road, signposted ‘Hertford County Hospital ‘- park in pay and display car park. The main entrance is closed outside normal hours, please enter via the Out of Hours door, which is situated to the right hand side of the main hospital doors. Press the buzzer on the left hand side of the entrance and wait for Receptionist to answer.
Located next to the A&E department of Hinchingbrooke Hospital, pay and display parking is available. Entrance doors are to the right of the A&E department.
There is free parking available for patients at the centre. Please use the main car park and report to Reception.
The GP Out of Hours service is located within the main entrance at the bottom of the multi-storey car park of the hospital. Our base is on the Ground Floor in the outpatient area on the left side of Outpatients in Area 2 Yellow Zone. Access to the Outpatients Yellow Zone is at the bottom of the multi-storey car park.
Please access the building via the main entrance and go upstairs to the first floor. The Reception is straight ahead.
NCP Car Park Regent Street LU1 5FA
At the car park exit cross the road and walk under the viaduct road above, then cross the road and head down the hill towards the town centre. The GP practice is on the left hand side of the street (roughly 5 minute walk). Car parking fee £2.20 for up to 2 hours.
Chapel Viaduct Short Stay Car park LU1 2SE – Weekends only

Saturday 8.00 to 18.00 £1.10 per hour and Free after 18.00

Park in the disabled bays at the far end of the building. Walk back to the main door (sloped access) and press the buzzer after entering the outer door.
Located within the outpatients department of the hospital.
On arrival follow the signs to ED/UTC/GP Out of Hours at the entrance. You do need to queue outside, when you arrive please go straight into the department making the nurse at the front door aware that you have an Out of Hours GP appointment and then follow the signs to the Out of Hours reception which is on the right hand side.

Park in the lower carpark at the end of the driveway. Press the intercom at the main door to talk to the receptionist.
Located within the minor Injuries Unit of the hospital, pay and display parking is available. Entrance through the Minor Injuries and Illness Unit. Please follow red sign post from main entrance.
As part of a wider development of the QEII Hospital in Welwyn Garden City, our Out of Hours treatment centre has moved to a different location within the building. Access to the building remains the same via the Urgent Care Centre entrance, then turn left up the stairs (or use the lift) to the Yellow Zone Outpatient Area. You may park in the pay and display car park.
Integrated Urgent Care Hub
Located on the left hand side of the service road just beyond the site entrance – follow signage to Integrated Urgent Care Hub. Limited short-term free parking (30mins) is available with longer-term pay and display parking is provided on the opposite side of the service road.
Out of Hours treatment centre
Located close to the Integrated Urgent Care Hub above on the left-hand side of the service road just beyond the site entrance. Limited short-term free parking (30mins) is available with longer-term pay and display parking is provided on the opposite side of the service road. Access the Out of Hours Clinic via the entrance shared with the IntegratedUrgent Care Hub and present at the second Reception window.
The Out of Hours service and the Evening and Weekend GP service are moving to better and more modern facilities within St Margaret’s Hospital in Epping. From Monday 4 November, the services will be located in the large modern semi-circular building on the right as you drive in, which is clearly marked as ‘St Margaret’s’ . There is ample free car parking on site. If you have an appointment, please enter the main doors named “Epping Forest Unit”. Should the doors be closed, please press the button marked “OUT OF HOURS ” to the left of the main doors and the receptionist will answer.
