We are proud to announce the launch of our brand-new website this week, bringing a refreshed and exciting new look to our brand. By going to the HUC website, users can now access information about who we are, our services, our careers and our partnership offering all in one place, moving seamlessly between the different sections. Previously, this information was available across a number of separate websites. Now, regardless of whether they are a patient trying to find out more about our services, interested in a career at HUC or a potential service partner, users can find details on what we offer within only a few clicks on the same site.
In addition, the new website also hosts a number of professionally produced videos and images, which give an authentic insight into life at HUC and give deeper insights into what we do. It was developed taking into consideration feedback received from patients individually and via Healthwatch, as well as colleagues and partners internally and externally.
As a result, our digital presence is now very user-friendly, simple to navigate and fully complies with accessibility and GDPR requirements.
Sarah Pickup, HUC Chair says
“HUC is an incredibly dynamic organisation and constantly evolving. Our website had not kept pace with our recent growth, our different service portfolio and the different needs of users coming there.. One objective of the new website, its look and feel was to put the user back in the focus, just as we put patients at the heart and start of our care. I am really pleased with how it has turned out and excited to be able to share it with our people, patients and partners.”
