Healthwatch Luton visit our NHS 111 Contact Centre in Bedford

Today, we’re excited to share how our Teams recently joined forces to host Healthwatch Luton, offering insights into the inner workings of NHS 111.

Lara Galliford, Relationship Business Partner, along with Claire Wilderspin, Deputy Head of NHS 111, and Carol Norris, Luton and Bedfordshire Contact Centre Manager, warmly welcomed five colleagues from Healthwatch Luton. Their visit involved meeting our colleagues and enhancing their understanding of HUC’s service provision in the local area.
