HUC and Content Guru win ‘Crisis Management of the Year’ Awards
A heroic effort in the pandemic
HUC and Content Guru, a leader in Customer Engagement and Experience technology, have won Crisis Management of the Year at the IT Europa Channel Awards for their work to provide accessible healthcare throughout the pandemic and beyond.
Content Guru and HUC were announced joint winners for the development and deployment of innovative technology solutions to overcome challenges posed by the recent pandemic. We worked together to develop and implement storm® LINKTM, Content Guru’s on-demand video consultation application. This technology has significantly reduced the need for face-to-face appointments with clinicians, maximising efficiency for all parties by harnessing patients’ smartphone and tablet devices.
