HUC shortlisted in European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards
The ECCCSAs are the largest customer service and contact centre awards programme hosted in Europe with twenty-six countries and over 2,000 people watching the 2020 virtual awards evening live.
HUC and Content Guru have been shortlisted for Best Innovation in Customer Service at European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2021. Together they worked to develop and implement storm LINKTM, Content Guru’s on-demand video consultation application, to help reduce the number of face-to-face appointments needed during the pandemic.
Introduced for a trial period to assess its impact, this platform does not suit the urgent care environment where patients make contact on an impromptu basis, and the need for a VC may only become apparent mid-consultation. (Traditional GP Video Consultations (VCs) need to be pre-scheduled.)
Fourteen teams were shortlisted for the Best Innovation in Customer Service award. Nominees include Honeywell, Microsoft, Renault, Volkswagen Group among others.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Tuesday 23 November 2021 at Evolution, Battersea Park, London.
