Last week, representatives from Keech Hospice and Sue Ryder visited our Bedford Contact Centre. During the visit, Transformation team members Barbara Moran and Eva Ondrikova, explained our Pathways systems and shared updates on HUC’s progress in technology innovation and potential collaboration opportunities. Lara Galliford, Relationship Business Partner, contributed insights on how we can work together with both hospices in the future, leveraging our transformation expertise and the resources available within our organisation.

Head of Transformation, Barbara Moran, said: “It’s incredible to see the potential for collaboration between HUC and these two fantastic hospices. By integrating our Pathways systems with their services, we can help provide even better care to patients. We’re excited about the future opportunities this potential partnership holds.”
Contact Centre Manager, Carol Norris, said: “The visit was very productive, and it was great to share insights about our services and the organisation with both hospices. Our teams are committed to improving patient outcomes, and working with Keech Hospice and Sue Ryder will allow us to enhance our services even further.”
Both hospices expressed their enthusiasm, noting that the visit was “so insightful and useful”. “We’re really excited to see how we can move things forward together with HUC,” they stated.
