Committed to Offering Great Opportunities
What did your course entail?
The workshop incorporated ways to help identify our strengths, manage our mental and emotional wellbeing, all in a friendly environment, with an approachable trainer.
How did your course benefit you?
It provided me with a wide range of tools to help manage stress, how to be kind to yourself, keep calm and enjoy life more.
Why do you think learning and development is good?
I believe no matter what age or stage of life you are at, learning and development helps to build both a person’s confidence and skill set – professionally and personally.
How has HUC supported your learning and development?
As a fresh addition to the HUC team, from day one you’ll have access to a number of training courses. These courses not only strengthen your skills to support you in your role, but also contribute to your overall wellbeing.
