Patient Safety Incident Response Framework Plan and Policy

We have released our Response Plan in accordance with the new national Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF). This Plan outlines several areas where we can enhance safety improvements and will be monitored and reviewed by our commissioners.

The PSIRF replaces the previous national Serious Incident Framework and mandates that all NHS providers adopt a new approach to investigating safety incidents.
