We are proud to provide minor injuries care at Cheshunt Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) for people who live within the community, every day of the year.
The Minor Injuries Unit can diagnose and treat:
Experienced colleagues have an x-ray available on site, and our nurses and medical technicians can treat adults and children over the age of 12 months who have a minor injury such as a cut, burn, scald or suspected fracture. The service operates between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC), a body that regulates health and social care in England, uses what people tell them to understand the quality of care they get from services like care homes, care agencies, hospitals and GPs. It helps make care better for everybody.
