Outside normal surgery hours, if you have an urgent healthcare need, our NHS 111 services are there to look after the patient communities we serve.

As a result of your assessment through one of our NHS 111 call handlers, you may be given an appointment at a local Out of Hours treatment centre should this be clinically appropriate.

We are a high-quality Out of Hours services provider

We operate our Out of Hours service from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on weekdays, and continuously from 6.30 p.m. on a Friday evening to 8:00 a.m. on a Monday morning, including Bank Holidays.

Each of our treatment centres is staffed with a Receptionist, a Driver and a number of Clinicians. Where possible our GPs, Nurses and Urgent Care Practitioners providing Out of Hours care live and work locally and therefore they understand the needs of the community.

If you are too unwell to travel, bed bound, disabled, receiving palliative care or it is considered clinically necessary – a you may be offered a home visit. Home visits are carried out by one of our Clinicians who will be driven to your home by one of our Drivers.
